I run the internet radio station at my school and am thinking of creating a forum for school radio station (at other schools, not just mine) personalities and managers. Here's my draft TOS. Let me know what you think. (I know it's a little long, but please bare with me).

By completing registration, you agree to the following terms. These terms of service may be changed without advance notice. All revisions go in effect as soon as they are posted. It is your responsibility to check these terms of service frequently.

By completing your registration, you agree that you will not hold the owners of this forum responsible, or take any legal action against them, in the event that your account is hacked, taken over, or otherwise modified without your permission. Please also note that you may choose whether or not to receive email from administrators, and whether or not to allow your email to be viewable publicly. You agree not to take legal action against the owners of this forum if you receive sudden spam (from spammers) or unwanted email from the administrators of this forum.
This is a SAFE place
This forum is meant to be a safe environment for all users. Therefore, none of the following are allowed on the forums:
