Attach a QuickTime file

I have a QuickTime player file I'd like to attach to an e-mail. How do I do it??
Any help greatfully appreciated. Van

Mail > New Message > Attach > use browser to find movie > Select Send windows friendly attachments & Choose file.

As suggested or simply drag the file on to the main body of the email you are creating and it will attach. This is standard for any file. There is also an ATTACH button at the top of the email you are creating. Simple.. !
