iChat accidentally deleted?

I didn't find a use of iChat a few years ago (dumb, I know), and deleted it.
Now I really want it back.
Is there any way I can get it back without the installation disks (I don't have those)?

When you want assistance much easier if you provide machine and operating system details. How did you install OS X whatever without the install discs? They are the best troubleshooting tool in the business.

Sorry!
So I have OSX 10.4.11/Macbook bought in 2007.
The reason why I don't have the installation disks is because everything was done for me when I bought it in Hong Kong. And it never occurred to me to keep the installation disks. Stupid mistakes I made >_<
