one download had a failure and the download aborted i tried to delete the useless folder but when i try to delete
i get the message the files couldn't be deleted because the file is in use.

The download prog is closed and even after a restart i cant delete it its always the same message.

i have a macbook 10.4, and a ntfs hdd (the ntfs works always fine i have the paragon ntfs for mac driver installed

So, you have a portable hard drive and you synced it to your computer?

Ive never heard on a NTFS hard drive before..did you disconnect the usb/firewire cord, restart the mac then plug it back in? If that dosn't work press force quit (Press Command - Option - Escape simultaneously) and close all unneeded applications.

Good Luck

a ntfs hdd is usually for windows, because there are no limitations i decided format the hdd from fat 32 to ntfs,
Fat 32 has a 4 gb single filesize limitation.

i use the paragon driver ntfs for mac and it works great.

i already rebooted the computer and there are no apps running.

Try making a successful import then try deleting the new files..?
Try the HDD on another system, that should work...maybe you just got the case that you need to replace the Drive for a new one
