Listening to Books on DVD

I downloaded a dvd books on tape to the computer and each cd came in as 1 audio track 2 audio track 3 audio track...to 23 audio track. My itunes doesn't work so I'm using Real Player to listen to these aiff files. Can I convert them to listen to them on my ipod? How do I listen to them on the computer rather then clicking in order on each file (only 2-3 min each). I'd love to combine all of them to one file or at least each of the 6 cd's onto one file as it's very hard to click a file every 3 minutes.

yes, it's a legal audio book but got it on cd's and want it on my computer/ipod but my itunes isn't working so I guess I should get that fixed.

Yep, that'd be a good step. Try the upgrade to iTunes 9 if you don't have it already. See if that'll take care of your problem. It has some pretty nice features added to it.

Audiobook Builder is worth the $10 or $15 for Family Pack and 5 computers, although, the directions for doing it yourself is not as hard as it looks once you've done it a couple of times.

There are many audio format converting softwares, convert them n just combine them in any one of the editing software like adobe audition.
