Dell Laptop Please Help!

hi i have a old dell laptop that I am using intsted of VPC and i was wondering if there is a way to make MAC OS X see it as a external usb hard drive so i can transfer files back and forth. by the way the dell is running os 98

No you can't. If it has ethernet you should be able to share the files that way

If it's got USB and you have a thumb drive or a CD burner and CD-RW disks you can do it the "sneaker net" way. ;)
