I am interested in getting a new skin for my OS. I had used one before and had a bad experience with it. Generally to skins/themes leak ram or eat up ram. I'm running OS X 10.4.11 with upgraded RAM. Do you have any system lag from a skin or theme? I really like the look of the theme in my attachment.

im still not sure what your asking. Basically if you want a theme, you have to be cautious, or wait untill an apple certified theme come out..

SuperDocker

Well, you can always create your own files and move them to the directory where they are supposed to go. But there's always SuperDocker. There are versions for Leopard and SL, and I'm not sure about Tiger.
