Can the mini be paired with a widescreen?

I'm looking at a monitor like this one.

Dell S2409W 24-inch Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor

Will that work with the new Mini? I know I will have to get an adapter to hook it up.

The mini supports up to 1900x1200, so that monitor there is supported and you don't need anything special..

I have one of those - great monitor by the way, but I use it with my Windows gaming machine.
