Hi,

Every bit of music I own is on my MB Pro. Both imported cd's and downloads from iTunes. I would like to find out what I need to do so that I can plug my MB Pro into the DAC on my HiFi. What cables or options exist for me to do this? The inputs on my DAC are AES/EBU, Toslink, XLR and Digital RCA.
If anyone uses their MB as a music player in their audio system, please help me figure this out.

Toslink is an option, as long as one end is a 3.5mm digital audio plug (headphone style).

I think the headphone out jack is analog. I want to figure out how to feed digital directly into my DAC. I presume that I need either a firewire or usb cable with one of the input options I mentioned in my original post. Thanks though.
