This sucks! I loaned my Digital Copy of "Taken" to my best friend so he could download it on to his iPhone. I tried downloading it to my iTouch and now the disc reads "code already used". I can't download it now. I guess it's one download per disc. ***?

You shouldn't have "loaned" it to a friend. That constitutes redistribution. That's why the measures to prevent this are there.
