G4 unplugged during sleep mode

Accidently unplugged our G4 while it was in sleep mode, now it will not connect to the internet. Tried running Network Diagnostics but to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

Found the problem

Thanks for your response. I found the problem. When the mac was plugged back in, the internal date reset itself to 1969. Good year, but it screwed my computer. Once I reset the date to 2009, BINGO, I'm back on. I would have never thought that it could be the date that was the problem.

If you get further problems, try replacing the internal PRAM battery as the date switching back to 1969 can also signal the life of the battery is concluding.
