Task Manager?

Is there a way to pull up a task manager like you can on Windows?

If so, how?

Option-Command-Esc or launch /Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor.app.

As an aside, try to wait longer than an hour to bump a post.

In Activity Monitor, look at the bottom to see CPU usage (what I'm assuming your referring to). The window brought up through Option-Command-Esc is only to force quit applications (just one of the many function of AM and on Windows, TM) so any other information will be had through AM.
