Bought a second hand MacBook pro last week, did a wipe and a fresh install of Leopard and did a time machine restore. Machine works fine when it's turned on and what not but when I shut down and restart it 9 times out of 10 gets stuck on the blue screen right before the login screen.
I then go to press the power button to restart it and when I do that the dialogue box with do you want to sleep, restart, shutdown box pops up with the login box behind it, with the rest of the screen blue.
I can then click cancel then login as normal but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this kind of error?
Could it just be a case of me having to reset the RAM when booting up or uninstalling some apps? I only have a 90GB HD and I have it around half full with apps, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc.
