Anyway to make iPhone only check email during certain hours?

I want to be able to leave my ringer on in case I get calls in the middle of the night but I don't want it to be beeping because of emails all night.

Best bet is to turn off new email alert every night.

Turning off the sound for new mail is the only way it's going to work. Are you using it with a push client?

If you jailbreak your iphone there are several apps available for checking email.
