I was really dumb and cleaned my trackpad with an antibacterial cleaner. I feel like it ruined my trackpad and made it a tad bit unresponsive. Could it have ruined it or am I just imagining things? and would warrenty do something about it?

Maybe if you clean it again but only with a water dampened cloth.
The trackpad is made of glass, and unless it got inside via the edges, you should be fine.

The unresponsiveness may be caused by a thin film left behind by the chemical.
