I'm looking to buy a Macbook Pro, and just like any other consumer in these rough economic times, I'm trying to get the best deal possible. I was browsing the refurbished macbook pro section when I found a link to the federal employee discount program.
When I first decided to get a mac, I went directly to the Postal Service site that listed all the stuff we get discounts for, and the only computers they listed were from Dell. I also know that a lot of times the government doesn't want to consider the post office a part of them.
So, I was was just wondering if I would be able to qualify for this discount. Probably an obvious answer, but I just want to make sure, so that I don't end up paying some kind of penalty for falsification.
Also, a little off subject, but how much of a difference does the increase from 250 gig HD to 320 make? I really want this ASAP, and I've got a 500 gig external HD. Would it be worth the extra time and money for the upgrade. Just to make things clear as can be, I'm pretty much dying to get this macbook pro. Some of my friends have macs( 1 a mac mini and another a macbook pro) and I just fell in love with it
