Mac Pro Workstation Airport Extreme ATV 2 Ipad
Does anybody ever use the above command ?
Is it safe to use ?
And if it is save is the command totally correct ?
Does it include "" ?
Coming from linux I am used to look to start up messages .
It can give a hint that something is not normal .

Rather than modify the nvram you can always hold down Command+v on startup and your machine will start in verbose mode.

Since your coming from Linux, I would recommend reading the man page on the nvram command prior to doing this to verify the settings. Other than that you should be ok.
