First of all, hello everyone.

My system is:
Macbook pro
OSX 10.6.1 (snow leopard)
Writing to a time machine capsule.. Mac OS formatted has been working with no issues for over 12 months now.

This is a weird issue to describe. I will try my best.

I recently installed NTFS-3G and macfuse.
Im not saying these programs are causing my issue, but I thought it would be useful information for the thread.

I have tried to transfer via wifi to my TC tonight a 700mb .avi film. The process starts fine, in face the transfer bar progresses nicely all the way to the end but when I look at the TC, the file is greyed out and reads anywhere between 18 and 60meg. Of course it wont play either.

I've got many films stored on TC and have no issues what so ever.

I've turned of both Macfuse and NTFS-3G (tried to remove both, which i think ive done but they don't uninstall easily.

Anyway. Can anyone shed any light of what, if anything, Im doing wrong?

Roy
