I don't see where any of your images were removed, but if they were the rules of this thread clearly state:
* Each member can post one photograph in this thread each month.
* The desktop cannot be larger than 800x600.
* Not only will posting inappropriate pictures get them deleted, it will also get you banned. This includes anything semi-lewd. This is a family forum if it's not PG then don't post it.
If they didn't meet those guidelines, then they would have been removed.

The details of the shot. See my picture above to see what I mean.

In iPhoto, you select a picture and then choose 'Show Extended Photo Info' under the Photos menu. You'll see a bunch of information that the camera wrote with the picture.

By the way, your images were not removed. I see both of them and liked the first one. You have now violated the rule of 1 per month. ;)
