macbook keeps freezing and makes a skipping audio sound

my mac book keeps freezing and making an audio skipping sound. i've researched it and i heard logicboard but i'm not sure thats what it is. i've ran an AHT and all was good. can anyone help?

Logic board = Apple's equivalent of a motherboard.
