Apple Mail Client Question

Does anyone know of an option in Mail that will allow you to see if an email you sent out was read or seen by the receiving end? I know that Entourage and Outlook does this, but does Mail? I am getting tired of sending out important emails and not getting responses back.

As far as I know, there is no built in way to do it. Actually even in Entrourage and Outlook the feature is far from full proof since not all clients respond the same way to those requests if they even do at all.

Unfortunately, until some kind of standard comes out, this problem will never be fully solved. If it's something critical, I'd suggest calling as a follow-up to make sure they've received it if you haven't heard back.
