Rapid multiple screen shot questions

I am looking for a program that will capture a whole mess of screen shots one right after the other for a given time period. I am mainly looking to take screen shots of a game I play. Something else that may work is a program that captures video of the screen for a given time period; although, single images would yield better picture quality.

actually, theres an app called snapz pro by Ambrosia Software that does both the video feature you want and the multi screenshots.
