my sister gave me their old iMac G5 (1st gen). I want to set it up with an airport extreme card.

Which card, part # or description would be helpful, should I be looking for?

Printed on the base is: 17"/1.6ghz/512mb/80/com80/100

ThanX!

There is only one AirPort Extreme card that you can purchase for that model... and that is exactly what it is called. :)

All the older Power Mac G5's up to the very last ones with the Dual Core (Not Dual CPU) used the same Airport Extreme card like DB stated.

sure there is only one extreme card but as with so many apple products, when I browse ebay there seems to be different versions (3) with different part #'s.

I think it's the first one, but want to be sure before I bid on anything...

You need the only user-upgradable/installable AirPort Extreme Card that Apple produced - AirPort Extreme Card: Compatible Macintosh computers

The other items you listed were never intended to be sold as user-upgradable/installable parts.
Those are for computers which came with WiFi/Bluetooth built in automatically, which was not an option your iMac G5.

I would agree that your first link is the Airport Extreme card you need.

Here is an Apple PDF file showing the installation of the card into an iMac G5...take notice of the shape & appearance of the card:

Hope this helps,
