I purchased a MacBook Pro in the summer of 2006. Below are symptoms and information regarding my issue. Feedback welcomed.
Frequent kernel panics and sporadic spontaneous restarts before and after clean install of leopard and snow leopard, (bootcamp also affected). Issue has persisted for several months, increasing dramatically in frequency recently. Disk utility indicates that hard drive is operating properly (volumes appear to be ok), and all activity during sessions seem nominal. In some cases, notebook restarts several times during startup before reaching the desktop. I suspect the issue is hardware oriented, possibly motherboard. Request options, suggestions.
