Shortcut(s) to move cursor a word forward or backward?

I haven't figured this out yet, and I absolutely missed it since day one.

In most editors like Word, email, text box etc. etc.
On Wondows, it's Ctrl + Right/Left Arrow

In OS X, just hold down the Option key when using the arrow keys for the same effect. You can also hold down the Command (⌘) key when using the right or left arrow key for moving to the beginning or end of a line, respectively. These also work when modifying text, such as with the Delete key. For example, Option-Delete deletes an entire word, and Command-Delete deletes an entire line.

Didn't know you could 'option delete'


Also hold down shift while moving through sentences to highlight text quickly. You can also double click words with the mouse and drag around (very efficient)
