Help open NeoOffice

I downloaded Neoffice 3.0 and the icon is in my Dock but it doesn't open when I click on it or via applications folder in finder. Any ideas? I downloaded it twice.

Are you running Snow Leopard? There is an update to NeoOffice that addresses the problem. The version you downloaded may not be compatible with Snow Leopard. Download the NeoOffice 3.01 Early Version and it should work OK.
