Glad to hear that you are having a GREAT experience. My dad works for Apple...Back in june he sent me an iBook G3 to use. I had always heard bad stories about Macs, but after using the iBook with Panther I was sold. I have since bought an orginal Airport,an iBook clamshell and I am currently working on a deal for a 17" 1.33mhz Powerbook. My dad has told me that he was not trying to convert me, he just wanted me to have a computer to use. I had to tell him I was addicted and it was his fault!!!! Anyway, sorry for the Novel. lol You'll learn something new everyday!

Click the blue apple in upper left corner, click system prefs, click cd's-dvd's. This will let you select what you want to do with those types of media. Hope this helps. If you have the powerbook open itunes when you insert a music cd, then in itunes prefs you can select what you want itunes to do with it.
