I was wondering when you play your music on your iPhone 3G does the sound come from both speakers or one.

I cover each speaker on my 3G iPhone when playing music via the builtin iPod and I notice that the music comes from the left speaker only. This is while playing original albums downloaded to the iPhone.

Is this normal behavior for your iPhone as well?

One is a speaker, the other is a microphone. Hence why you can't hear anything come out of the right side.

Wouldnt matter anyway the speakers are far to close for proper stereo separation.
