SimCity 3000 type game free for snow leopard?

Hello,

I'm looking for a similar game to SimCity 2000 or 3000, or a game where i have to build, expand, and grow. Preferably something free.

The closet thing i found was LinCity-NG

It's pretty cool, but limited in the types of structures and interactivity it has.

I was wondering if anyone here know of any cool games, compatible with leopard that i can install and play.

It's not free, but if you shop around, you can buy a copy of SimCity for OS X on ebay for about $10...
