adding printer

hey guys. so my old powerbook doesn't seem to be responding to the "+" sign on the add "printer/fax" thing from system preference.

trying to add my comps to wireless printer. my macbook pro had no problem but of course... this older one is giving me issues...

any idea why "+" thing isn't working to add a printer?

Is the install software compatible with your current OS? Take it you are running the software first, and then trying to add the printer? Also you might try going to the manufacturer's web site and see if there are updated drivers available.

Leopard and Snow Leopard had drivers on the Options folder on the instalL DVCD.
