Anybody have any recent experiences with replacing the batteries in their 5th generation iPod. Mine is due and looking for a good one.

As I understand it, the battery replacement isn't terribly difficult, although you do have to have the right tools. Take a look at ifixit.com for parts, tools and instructions for replacement.

Just got my battery from the link I posted. It was a snap to put in and it works great right away. I would highly recommend this supplier for your iPod parts.
