Animated gif help

Hi there, I am creating an animated gif in Image Ready. Taking 2 seperate JPGS (RGB/ 8 bits channel) I 'Saved for web' converting them to gifs in Photoshop. I then did the whole animation bit in Image Ready but the end result has random colour changes? Could somebody tell me why this is and how to correct it, many thanks
