I have an 8 gig ipod touch that wouldn't charge or turn on or do anything. Eventually I got it to turn on but all I get is a white screen. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting I can find. Holding down buttons for different times and what not.
This is where I am. Itunes with recognize my ipod. I did get it to to restore and I can view my ipod in itunes, see the music/video/applications tabs in itunes but my ipod is still white.
Whats next? I'm baffled, I thought for sure that it would work when it said it was restoring.
