I am having problems with iSkysoft-iTube-Studio for Mac after installing Snow Leopard. The makers of this software recently e-mailed me a upgraded version which is compatible with Snow Leopard. Every time I launch iSkysoft, the software prompts me for my administrated password. This software requires a key code which would allow me to register my software but the software does not display a pop up window which allows me to enter my key code. I require this final step to register my software. Without this step, every time I launch iSkysoft it asks me for my password. I have sent over ten e-mails to the makers of this software and I sent screen shots of the problem but up to now there has been no salutation. Is there anyone having the same problem or have a salutation for me?
