Hi All,
Does anyone know of an alarm software that you can set to go off every 30 minutes?
Dr. orders to stand up every 30 minutes and stretch. Often I get so involved I can sit there for hours on end.

You could set up an alarm in iCal as this person suggests. While this can be tedious, it prevents you from installing extra applications and allows you to set the alarm for each day for as long as you want easily.

I use this one because it's free, dependable, and it plays songs from iTunes for an alarm. Your doctor will probably like that because you can dance and stretch! Here is the link:
