Copy Issues with Snow Leopard on Home Network

I installed Snow Leopard three days ago. I have a home network and, prior to installation, had no issues copying files from my laptop to my home server. After installing Snow Leopard, I drag and drop multiple files in Finder from my laptop to the server. It begins the copy and shows that it is copying all files; however, it only copies a few of them. I've been having to select each file individually and drop them to the server. I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue. Any fixes??? Thanks.

Also, I just noticed that selecting individual files doesn't work, either. It seem like the copy process times out and terminates. Very bizarre.

What protocol are you using? SMB? NFS? FTP? What OS is your server running?
