Upgrading to Leopard

hey guys at the moment im on tiger- i know not good, now im getting leopard now can i do this, buy just a leopard disc and then borrow my friends ilife 09 which has some uses left on it now would this be ilegal? if so i will forget that il be ilfe 09 seperately.

do i have the right requirements. for leopard

Tiger is okay and it would not be legal. Do not download Apple OS as that is piracy. Go to used auction sites and look for Leopard full retail install DVD, which are black, and do not buy model specific silver grey discs.
