Empty trash takes me to a random space?

So this doesn't happen every time (like if I only have apps open in space 1), but I just went to empty my trash and it threw me into space 3 to accept the alert... *** is up with that?

That's weird. Try setting Finder to "Every Space" in Spaces preferences. It sounds like Finder is set to Space 3.

Finder was set to no specific space... I'll give that a shot though.
