When i got the my school computer it came locked :S

I've tried:
Onyx
DockLock
defaults write com.apple.dock contents-immutable -bool false (terminal)
Killall Dock (terminal)
and maybe some other stuff

Even the dock preferences are greyed out :S

There's like 30 stuff on the dock. It's soo ugly.... :(

Could it be because my account is mobile?

How about adding a new admin account - if that dock is Ok then delete the account u are having issues with.

besides, everyone else in the school can change theirs. Its only me and another guy that can't do anything with it :S and were both mobile accounts...
I can skin the dock and stuff but can't take or put icons in (nor stacks) and even the dock preferences have been greyed out :S

Look, just go up to your school's principal and spit in his face.

It's a much more satisfying way of getting in trouble with your school than violating their computer policy.

If you go messing with things you don't understand (and if you're asking us for help, then you don't understand them) then you're just going to get in trouble.
