Anyone know how to manage my subscriptions to Apple Hot News? There are a couple of them that I want to stop but cannot find how to do so. Thanks in advance!

That's one of the problems I have with Mail! You get all of this Apple Hot News crap coming in through an RSS feed. No, I don't think there's any way to manage the subscriptions.
