can't download powerbook G4

Hi,
I have a laptop that can't download. It start to do it
and then stops. when I magnify says that can't create
file. I'm sure is a setting problem but I can't find any
solution...
Do you have any suggestions ?

What version of which browser are you using? Try a different one.
