iLife 09 upgrade problem with iPhoto

Just updated to Snow Leopard and iLife 09 from iLife 06. For some reason, iPhoto is not updating. I have done it twice but iPhoto 06 is still standing proud and iPhoto 09 is no where to be found. No problem with iMovie.

Any ideas??

You are installing from a new iLife disc I presume? Just to be sure we are on the same track. You DO know that iPhoto 09 is not part of Snow Leopard, don't you? iLife is a standalone product.

Now, if you are saying that you do know that, and that you have the standalone iLife discs, I don't know why it is not updating. Hopefully someone else here can help. Please clarify your situation.
