As I turned on my macbook today and connected to the time capsule, Airport utility opened up and asked to install a firmware update.
I agreed but the progress bar has been stuck on "Searching for latest firmware version..." for about an hour now.
I'm on version 7.4.1 trying to update to 7.4.2.

I have the latest version of Airport utility so thats not a problem.
