How do I delete items from my bookmarks?

Probably A Dumb Question, but..

...how do I delete bookmarks?

Can't seem to figure it out.

Easy. In Safari, click on the "Bookmarks" Menu, select "Show All Bookmarks." In the navigation pane on the far left hand side, select which folder the bookmarks are saved in (if you have any separate bookmark folders) then locate the bookmark and right click (ctrl click) and select Delete.

Bookmarks

Most likely a silly question, but please indulge me. I am doing a bit of a spring clean and want to delete bookmarks that I no longer use. Can't seem to find any instructions under Help.
Anyone?
