hey guys now im on tiger at the moment now do i have the right requirements for leopard or snow leopard??

Yes...you have everything you need to upgrade to Leopard or Snow Leopard.

You don't have to do Leopard first. You could just purchase the 10.6 "Mac Box Set" for $169.

If you wanted to same some money...you could try purchasing a used retail copy of Leopard off e-Bay for around $100, then purchase the $29.00 Leopard disk.
