Yes it does but it is a firewire 800 port, not a 400 port so you will need to purchase a 400 to 800 cable.

Your Macbook Pro has a Firewire 800 port. The problem is that I can't tell whether that external sound card you linked to is Firewire 800 or Firewire 400. If it's the former, then it'll work just fine. If it's the latter, which I suspect it is, then you'll need an adapter like this (keep in mind that I'm not actually advocating this particular product, just showing an example of such an adapter).
