After Sync iPod or iTunes Created 2 of Each Folder..

After I did a sync I now have 2 folders in my 3rd menu After Playlist. It goes from Music > Playlist... Then it has Two 90's music folders, Two My Top Rated Folders, and so on... But only one On The Go Folder.

What may have happened? I did a search on the site but no luck. I have an iPod Photo 30gb.
