QTX is part of Snow Leopard.
After installing SL, you just reinstall your QT7 Pro using the key you already have.

At this stage there is no QTX Pro, so also install your QT7 Pro and use both. If QTX Pro does become available, it has always been usual practice for Apple to charge another fee for each version as it was released.
