Wheres the "More" menu when you right-click/control-click?

Am I just missing something here? There no longer appears to be a "More" menu when you right click anymore ... all my workflows that I created in Automater used to be accessible via the "More" menu option was a key element/time saver ... anyone have any ideas?

I noticed that too. I use a program called FileCutter that puts an option there, and of course, it doesn't seem to exist now.
