I have a Epson V200 PHOTO scanner. How do I scan multiple pages into a single PDF document?

Easiest way for me is to scan the multiple documents or images into a word processor such as Office 2008 Word, iWork09 Pages, etc. Each image or document can be added to the same blank document created with your word processor program. After all the scanning is completed, edit and save the new document. Now send it to PDF as you would any other print job.
